Carnival program:
Starting day Thursday, February 28
• At 10.00 pm, from Plaça de Catalunya to Frederic Rahola Square, welcome parade of His Majesty the Carnival King, by the Ociart percussion band.
• At 10.30 pm, arrival of His Majesty the Carnival King in the tent of Frederic Rahola Square.
• Next, dance with the group of versions La Loca Histeria and Jueves Kuit with the Rosinka Youth.
Friday, March 1, the big party starts !!
• At 9:00 p.m., along Rhode Avenue, Friday parade.
• At 11.30pm, in the tent at the Frederic Rahola square, dance with Banda Neon version groups and the Midnight Orchestra.
• And on the attached track of the Municipal Sports Pavilion, Sarau discommobile with DJ DULO
Saturday, March 2, the special day of the children.
• At 4:00 PM, along Rhode Avenue, children's pass.
• Next, in the tent at the Frederic Rahola square, a children's disco.
• At 10 pm, the SUF Carnival dance with Albert Paulo.
• At 11.00 pm, on the annexed track of the Municipal Sports Pavilion, Sarau disco with DJ DULO
• At 00.00, in the tent of the Frederic Rahola square, concert of Hotel Cochambre.
Sunday, March 3, the day of the great with their children.
• At 12 noon, along Rhode Avenue, pass small and large.
• At 6:00 pm, in the tent at the Frederic Rahola square, concert with the Selvatana orchestra.
• At 7:15 p.m., in the tent of the Frederic Rahola square, proclamation of the King and Queen of the Elders of the Carnival 2020 and reading of the Testament of the Carnival King.
• Next, dance with the Selvatana orchestra.
• At 20.00, in the Plaza de San Pedro, proclamation of the King and Queen of Carnival 2020 and the King and Queen of Carnival 2020. Next, proclamation of the winners of the Carnival group contest.
• At 10.00 pm, on the attached track of the Municipal Sports Pavilion, Sarau discommobile.
Monday, March 4, the day of the great popular rice.
• At 1 pm, at the Municipal Sports Pavilion, popular rice *.
• At 6.30 pm, from Plaça de Catalunya to La Perola, funeral procession of the late Carnival King, burial of the sardine and pyrotechnic spectacle.
* The rice tickets will be sold in advance to the groups at the Tourist Office until Wednesday, February 27 (from Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 2 pm and from 3 pm to 6 pm). For the general public, they will go on sale on Monday, March 4 in the pavilion.
